Echinacea/Golden Seal Liquid Herb (Immune) includes two species of echinacea -- Echinacea purpurea and E. angustifolia. Nautre's Sunshine uses only the roots of these botanicals because the roots contain greater amounts of the beneficial components. Each 5 ml serving provides 125 mg of the echinancea combination and 125 mg of golden seal root -- a powerful combination to support the immune system and to help the body maintain health. This combiantion comes in a glycerin base and is appropriate for use by both adults and children.

Adults: take 15-20 drops three times daily. Children: use half the adult recommendation.

Golden seal should not be used for extended periods, by individuals with hypoglycemia, or by women who are pregnant.
